How it Works

This program IS for 

  • Bars, cafes and restaurants who have a sit down area for coffee drinkers 
  • Managers and trainers who are committed to delivering their own WYLA program to their team  
  • Manages & trainers who can commit up to 2 hours online to prepare the program and then at least 10 - 20 minutes per day to deliver the program to their team.  

This program is NOT for 

  • Managers and trainers who are not able or willing to commit time to delivering the WYLA training on the job for the 14 days.  Up to 2 hours online to prepare the program and then at least 10 - 20 minutes per day.
